In 2023, the Sanofi group paid a dividend of €3.56 per share to its shareholders. This dividend corresponds to the dividend on the results for the 2022 financial year. This was paid in June.

The 2022 dividend was €3.33 per share.

 

When is the Sanofi dividend paid?

Sanofi pays its dividend once a year. The payment is made after publication of the Group's financial results for the previous year, and the amount is voted by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

This meeting usually takes place at the beginning of May, and the detachment and payment dates also fall within this month.

The 2023 dividend was detached on 30 May 2023 and paid on 01 June 2023.

 

What is the next dividend forecast for Sanofi shares?

The next dividend to be paid by Sanofi to its shareholders will be the 2024 dividend, relating to the 2023 financial year. At the time of writing, therefore, it was not yet known. 

Before being announced, the dividend must be calculated by the Board of Directors and put to a shareholder vote after the publication of the annual results.
